How long will my order take?
USA : The average order takes 2 to 3 days for delivery. We ship all US orders by UPS. International: If you live in Canada, Europe or Australia please contact us by e-mail to arrange your order.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package.

Can I order by phone or e-mail?
To place your order by phone and pay with your credit card, use the product code and description and call: 415 331 6060. You may also send an order request by e-mail, noting the product code, description and quantity. For security purposes please do not send your credit card information by e-mail; when we receive your e-mail order we will contact your for credit card information by phone.

Almost all items listed in this site will be shipped to you withing 24-48 hours of your order unless specified in their description. If for some reason we are out of an item that you ordered we will let you know at the time the order is processed and give you an estimate of when the product will be available.
